through my personal struggles with health: carrying over 50 extra pounds of fat, experiencing chronic pain in my ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders and neck. two decades of research and thousands of hours successfully coaching a wide variety of highly accomplished clients, have all helped me identify the obstacles that all of us encounter at some point in our journey to achieving sustainable results and dynamic health.

training camp is deliberately and painstakingly designed to remove the roadblocks standing in our way before jumping into high intensity training. minimizing the risk of injury and maximizing the development of the ability to train with the intensity required to sustainablely achieve our full potential
